Hello, Everyone!

My name is Shelby Butz and I am a first-year student at The Ohio State University. I am currently majoring in Choral Music Education and I am also in Advocates for Children and Education Scholars, or ACES for short. I am involved in Women's Glee Club and Symphonic Choir and I also love participating in community service. Outside of extracurricular activities alone, I have always enjoyed school and am excited for the academic challenges and opportunities that await me here at Ohio State. In English 110, I am hoping to challenge myself to think differently, become a better writer, and, therefore, become a more prepared and successful college student in general. I look forward to getting to know everyone here on the blog!
